No obligationDaretired Roofing is a referral service for homeowners in Kenner, LA and the Kenner area. We help people who have a roof problem that needs a new roof. We connect them with independent local roofing contractors. That is the whole job.
A new roof is a big purchase. Most people only shop for one every couple of decades, so it is easy to feel lost. Quotes look different. Terms are confusing. Pushy sales talk does not help.
So this site does two things. It points you to providers in our network, and it teaches you what to ask. Ask before you sign. That one habit saves a lot of trouble.
You tell us a little about your home and your roof. We pass your request to a provider in our network that serves your area and does roof replacement. The provider then contacts you or takes your call. You talk it through, and you decide what happens next.
Availability varies. Some providers can respond quickly, and others book out. Request a callback to check provider availability.
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
You should still check these things yourself. Ask to see proof. A solid provider will not mind.
Daretired Roofing does not do roofing work. The business does not send workers to your home, set prices or sign your contract. Your agreement is between you and the provider.
We also do not decide what your insurance pays. Some policies may cover sudden damage, such as storm or hail damage. Check your policy, and ask your provider about documenting damage for a claim.
Providers in our network may pay Daretired Roofing a fee for referred homeowner requests. Daretired Roofing does not charge you for the connection. That is why we can keep the guidance on this site open to everyone.
A fee does not buy a better recommendation from us. You can still compare quotes from several providers and choose the one you trust.
Look from the ground. Walk around the house and check for curled or missing shingles, dark patches, sagging and clogged gutters full of granules. Snap photos. Note when the roof was last replaced, if you know.
In the attic, with a flashlight and on safe footing, look for stains, damp insulation and daylight. If you do not feel safe, skip it. Stay off the roof itself. Leave that to a provider.
